Hi, I’m Zoe.
My personal fitness journey began when my health conditions and weight became a huge problem for me. I was suffering from thyroid issues, ME/CFS, and weight problems. I was also learning how to cope with an ADHD diagnosis and other mental health conditions.
I wasn't confident enough to go to a gym so I found a PT who offered coaching in my house. During my first few sessions, I was using 500g dumbbells (weighing a little more than a tin of Baked Beans!) and I used my sofa to learn how to safely do squats.
My strength, mobility, and confidence grew massively in the weeks and months following this and with the mix of an amazing coach, the correct nutrition advice, consistency, and patience, I lost weight and became a better and healthier version of myself.
I was so inspired that I decided I wanted to help others in this way. I am now a qualified fitness professional, and my 'before' and 'after' photos show how transformative this journey can be.
I am a qualified, fully insured, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable personal trainer who can offer you a tailored and world-class service in an environment to suit you. I pride myself on being an empathetic and person-centred coach.
My mission is to support those who struggle with barriers that hold them back in improving their health and fitness.
These 'barriers' can make it difficult, or seem impossible to become fit and healthy overall.
If you are not able to visit a gym, you are too busy, too intimidated, not confident enough, or have limited mobility and are therefore not likely to be happy in a gym setting, I can bring the gym to you!
