About Me – Personal Trainer for ADHD, Chronic Conditions & Adaptive Fitness
Hi, I’m Zoe!
A personal trainer and movement coach specialising in strength training, mobility, and adaptable fitness coaching for people with ADHD, chronic health conditions, and barriers to traditional exercise.
My own fitness journey began after struggling with ME/CFS, thyroid issues, weight changes, and mental health challenges, alongside navigating an ADHD diagnosis. There were periods where even basic daily movement felt difficult, and I was told there was little more that could be done medically.
That experience led me to explore movement, strength training, and rehabilitation-style coaching that could actually work with my energy levels, nervous system, and real-life capacity.
I began home-based training with a Personal Trainer, starting with very light strength exercises and simple movement patterns. Over time, with consistent, adapted coaching, I rebuilt my strength, mobility, confidence, and overall fitness.
This process also significantly improved my ME/CFS symptoms and changed my understanding of what “fitness” actually needs to look like for people with complex health needs and ADHD.
I became a qualified personal trainer so I could support others who struggle with consistency, overwhelm, fatigue, or lack of confidence in traditional gym environments.

My approach is adaptable, realistic, and designed to help you build fitness without burnout, pressure, or strict routines.
My Mission – Fitness for Real Lives
My mission is to make personal training and movement coaching accessible to people who often feel left out of traditional fitness spaces.
I specialise in supporting people with ADHD, chronic health conditions, low energy, limited confidence, or difficulty maintaining consistent exercise routines.
I understand what it feels like to struggle with consistency, to feel overwhelmed by fitness expectations, and to find traditional gym environments intimidating or unsustainable.
I also know that progress is possible when training is adapted to the individual rather than forcing the individual to fit the training.
