I work with people who struggle with consistency, get bored, or are overwhelmed with traditional 'gym' environments and exercise routines. I provide a private 1:2:1 service tailored to you that is realistic, engaging, and flexible.

The Mobile Personal Training service & Chronic Conditions Coaching service provides a supportive and safe environment for you to reach your health goals. I create activities from the comfort of your own home or any location where you feel at ease. Exercise, Nutrition & wellbeing advice should be accessible for everyone, and I understand that you may lack confidence when it comes to visiting a gym. That's why I offer personal training services that bring the gym to you, making it easier for you to stay active, even if you have ADHD, Autism or  chronic health conditions.

If you would prefer to stay at home, take full advantage of my online coaching service. This is 1:2:1 and still just as effective as in-person sessions.

ME/CFS, Long Covid & fatigue support package

My package tailored to those suffering with ME/CFS or Long Covid is designed safely and specifically for you, and where you currently are with your condition and symptoms. Having lived experience of ME/CFS and professional GP referrals experience as well as Social prescribing for the NHS, particularly helping those who have Long Covid and ME/CFS, I completely understand the challenges that Fatigue conditions present. I am living proof that exercise and lifestyle changes can help you manage your condition. This is not to be confused with out-of-date approaches such as GET. My approach is tailored, flexible and safe. I take full account of PEM (Post-exertional malaise), and I understand how crashes can feel. I can help you find your baseline, learn to manage your energy overall by pacing, and help you build gently.
